I came to it the way most people in this field did not: as the subject. In 2009, anonymous material about me began appearing online. It was inaccurate, it was disproportionate, and it was the first thing anyone found when they looked me up. I spent four years paying other people to fix it before I understood it well enough to fix it myself.

I founded RMG Digital Solutions in 2018. Before that I spent twenty-three years building an automotive aftermarket company, which is not the background anyone expects and is more relevant than it sounds.
